History of Modern Periodic Table ||

 Introduction:-

    A)

Co-ordinate and Bioinorganic Chemistry

 Co-ordination Chemistry:-

      Electroneutrality Principal:-

Difference between oxidation state and real charge:-

oxidation state Is a hypothetical concept and real charge is a real concept.

oxidation state  :-

Oxidation state is a hypothetical concept.

Example:- find the oxidation state of Co in [Co(NH3)6]+3 .

            Solution:-

Let oxidation state of Co = x

                      x + 6*(0) = +3

                          x = +3 And

So oxidation state of Co is +3 .

Real charge :-

Pauling Rule :-

Important points:-

Example:-  find the more stable compound in given table.

1. MLn real charge is 0

2. MLx real charge is +0.23

3. MLy real charge is -0.8

     Solution:-

According to Pauling Rule more stable compound is MLn. So Option 1 is right Answer.

2. More stable ----------> More neutralisation -------> less real charge

Some important NET Questions

Q1. Pauling predicted semiquantitative calculation of charge present on central atom are.

Organic reactions //# Identification of Nucleophile and Electrophile

 Home Page

Organic reactions:-

A bond forms when electrons move from a Nucleophile (Nu-) to an Electrophile (E+). Or when organic compounds participate in the organic reaction is called organic reactions. Organic reactions is also called chemical reaction.

Example:-( Nucleophile) Cl- +( Electrophile) H+------------- HCl

Identification of Nucleophile:-

When a compound have a electron accepting group or when connecting group sink the electrons in any ring then the called Nucleophile. Nucleophile have a negative chance.

Identification of Electrophile:-

when a connecting group flow the electrons in ring or connecting group donated the electrons in the ring is called Electrophile. Electrophile have a positive change.

Chemical Bonding :-

Attraction force between the two atom in a molecule is called Chemical Bonding.

 Type of chemical bond :-

There are Three Important type of chemical bonding .
1. Ionic bond
2. Covalent bond
3. Co-Ordinate band

1. Ionic bond (Electrovalent Bond)  :-
e- Transfer bond is Ionic bond .

Example :-  M (e donnar) +  X (e accepter)   ---------------------------MX

1.  Na + Cl  ---------------------- NaCl (Sodium Chloride)
2.  Na  +  O ---------------------- Na2O
3. 2 Al  + 3O ---------------------  Al2O3
4.  3Ca  +  2N ------------------ Ca3N2

2. Covalent bond :-
e- share bond is Covalent bond .

3. Co-Ordinate bond :-
A electron pair Transfer bond is Co-Ordinate bond .
