How to Filter data in Excel | How to apply filter in Excel sheet

               In the previous topic I will discuss how to Create a designer Table in ms Excel . If you don't shee the previous part then see it . In this part I will discuss about how to Filter data in Excel. First we make a Table like the below picture.


In the above picture given the date wise. If you want to Filter it then you follow the sixth step. 


Step 1 :-

              In this step we go to the small filter icon in table. Icon look like a below picture pointed by mouse pointer. When you click this icon then filter is open like the below picture. In this picture data filter all options is check. 

When all options is check then all table is show in your screen. If all options are not checked then all table is not show. In this case I say that Excel filter is apply.

Step 2:-

              In this step uncheck the all show option in the filter box. If you click ok then all table data is eliminate. So don't click the ok without fallow the all step.



Step 3:-

             In this step select the month whose date is filter right now. When you click the month then open the picture like below. But date is not show then click the + icon in left side of month.



Step 4:-

            In this step when you click the left side of month + icon all month is show like the below picture.



Step 5:-

           In this step select the date whose date is filtering. When you select the date then look at the screen like below picture.



Step 6:-

            First you fallow all the above steps then In this step click ok button. As soon as you click the ok button then open the change table like below picture.



  Again you want to eliminate the filter then you goto the filter icon and select the show all and click the ok button. Your all table is show again.

How to Create a Table in Excel | How to Create a designer Table in MS Excel

     In this topic I will discuss about how to make a Table in MS Excel sheet . When you think to make a Table in Excel then you select the shell range in MS Excel sheet and goto the insert option in tital bar and click the table. You table is generated automatically. Today I will discuss the practical of how to Create a designer Table in Excel.


It is completed in fourth step:-

 Step 1 :- first we go to the MS office and select the MS Excel. MS Excel sheet is open like the below ЁЯСЗ

In the above picture select the shell A13:J13 and look at the insert option is pointed. Insert option click then table option is show in the below.

Step 2:-

               In this step click the table option then create table option is open like the below picture. In this picture your selected cell is fill automatically if you want to any changes then you can change it . Your cell range is right then Click the ok button. 



Step 3:-

          Your table is generated like this below picture. In this picture you look at the design options. Design options is show many of the features of table. 



Step 4:-

             When you click the design options then show the same picture as usual at the below. Most of the design features is show. When you select the any tablet style then select table style is apply in your table.
